Payment terms and cancellation fees

Cancellation / change in the activity date according to the Consumer Protection Law
You can change the time to 7 days from the date that matches no cost.
Cancellation of the 'cruise' against a refund is possible only up to one week from the date of the activity. In any case, a handling fee of NIS 200 will be deducted.
For late or no activity, no refund.
Payment will be made in full before departure to the sea, in cash or by credit card.
The time of departure is considered from the time of setting the start time, for all the hours of payment - there is no refund for earlier termination or return from the sea ahead of time.
On each voyage, there must be at least two sailors over the age of 18.
Under 18, alcoholic drinks can not be loaded into yachts.
It is not possible to arrive with a barbecue without prior coordination.
You can not put a hookah on a yacht.
If one or more of the guests is drunk during the cruise, the yacht returns immediately to the marina.
It is forbidden to jump into the water during the voyage.
It is forbidden to distribute on a yacht Confetti - will be charged 200 NIS cleaning fee.

The destination of the cruise is chosen by you.

Bathing at sea - depending on the weather conditions and exclusive discretion of the skipper (under the responsibility of the bathers).

The cruise is influenced by the weather and it is recommended to call in the morning of the activity to verify the condition of the sea.
If at the date of the event, weather conditions and the condition of the sea will not allow the cruise and the event to be held as planned and at the sole discretion of Skipper the yacht, the event will be postponed to a later date and as close as possible to the date of the original event or canceled altogether.
